지원동기를 설명할 때는

자신의 역량을 해당 직무와 연결하는 게 중요하겠죠?

 

I have applied for this position, because I believe I will be able to make the best use of my experience and capabilities as a sales manger.

First of all, my leadership experience will help me a lot as a sales manger. As a student representative of Sociology Department of Hankook University, I've learned how to lead and cooperate with a large group of people.

Second, I believe I will be able to utilize my marketing expertise. As I've been interested in marketing, I've taken a variety of courses related to marketing and also won second prize at college students' marketing competition.

I am confident that my leadership experience and expertise in marketing will make me a good sales manger who works with many colleagues and customers, and should come up with creative marketing ideas.
